SORA – On Saturday, September 5, Sora’s historic centre will host the fifth edition of “Una Tavolata Lunga un Corso”, an event celebrating local food, community life and the traditions of the area.
The event is organised by the Municipality of Sora, together with the Lazio Region, the Province of Frosinone and the Permanent Committee of the Carnevale del Liri. The programme is designed for families, local residents and visitors, with food, entertainment and activities for children.
Markets and activities for children from the afternoon
The event will begin at 6 pm, when the market opens and the entertainment programme gets underway. There will also be games and activities for children, giving families the chance to enjoy the event from the early evening.
Throughout the night, Sora’s town centre will host music and live entertainment, creating a meeting point for people who want to spend an evening together while discovering local traditions.
The food trail starts at 8 pm
The main part of “Una Tavolata Lunga un Corso” will begin at 8 pm, with the opening of a food and wine trail featuring flavours and typical products from the local area.
The fifth edition will once again bring together food, culture and community life, turning the streets of Sora into a place for people to meet, enjoy local specialities and spend an evening in the historic centre.
